Conference Fee The fee includes access lunch, refreshments and conference documentation, as available. VAT VAT will be applied to conference fees in accordance with regulations in the country where the conference is held. The VAT rate may change and the applicable rate on the date of receipt of registration will be applied. It may be possible for you to reclaim VAT paid, for more information please contact your local tax authorities. Payment Options To complete the online registration process, you will need to provide details of how you will make payment for the conference. Full payment must be received before the conference. Payment can be made in any of the following ways: Bank Transfer Details of how to pay by bank transfer will be sent to you with your invoice. Cheque Cheques must be made payable to Informa UK Ltd and sent to us at: Agra Conferences, PO Box 406, Byfleet, KT14 6WL. Credit Card We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Diners Card. Invoices An invoice/receipt will be sent for all payments, for your records. Confirmation of Registration If you do not receive confirmation of your registration by email or post, please contact us to confirm that a place has been reserved: Email: registrations@agra-net.com Tel: +44 (0)20 3377 3658 Cancellations Refunds will be made for cancellations received in writing up to 4 weeks before the start of the conference, subject to an administration charge of EUR115. It is regretted that refunds cannot be made after this date, but substitute delegates are permitted, if notified in advance in writing. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and the timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers. Data Protection The personal information entered during your registration/order, or provided by you, will be held on a database and may be shared with companies in the Informa Group in the UK and internationally. Sometimes your details may be obtained from or shared with external companies. If you do not wish your details to be used for this purpose, please email the Database Manager at integrity@informa.com.
